Always remember to include dedicated spaces for your warm-up and cool-down & recovery, noting your activities and their duration. The main workout exercises are organized in an easy-to-fill table with essential headers: Exercise, Sets, Reps (or Time), Weight (kg/lbs) (or Resistance), and a crucial Notes / Feeling column for your insights. After each session, use the "Daily Wins & Insights" segment to reflect on what went well and what you might improve, alongside an optional "Energy Level" rating to track your physical well-being.
